The following message is just partial information as the codes are very hard to decode:

1.  There will be food shortage or perhaps rationing.

2.  There will be some kind of people uprising.

3.  Something about event that happens in every four years; or something about a famous beautiful woman, or perhaps, even a terrestrial event.

Stay connected ...  Thanks...

I wish I had all the time in the world to decipher the materials I picked-up.

If you noticed, item #3, I mentioned in this blog that, "something about event that happens in every four years;" Brazil will be the host of two world events that happens in every four year: World Cup 2014 & 2016 Olympics Games. I also mentioned "uprising" in item #2. And look what happened in Brazil.

The initial report said, "... 13 people killed ..." A two-digit number, 1 & 3, that comes out together very frequently. A number, I mentioned in one of my blogs here, I believe carries a strong message. The materials I picked-up were not about the uprising nor the number of people killed but the number itself.

Below is the excerpt of the news article:

Rio drug gangs battle police, 13 people killed

By Rodrigo Viga Gaier Rodrigo Viga Gaier Wed Nov 24, 3:24 pm ET

RIO DE JANEIRO (Reuters) – Suspected Brazilian gang members burned cars and buses in Rio de Janeiro on Wednesday in a fourth day of violence, defying a heavy police presence and raids on slum communities that killed 13 people.
The wave of violence has raised further doubts about Rio's ability to safely host the soccer World Cup in 2014 and the Olympic Games in 2016 and marred the image of a city known for its beaches and easy-going tropical lifestyle.

Russian Police: Unable or Unwilling to Stop Race Riots?

By SIMON SHUSTER / MOSCOW Simon Shuster / Moscow 38 mins ago

Around dusk on Dec. 11, Moscow's police chief, Vladimir Kolokoltsev, arrived at the scene of a race riot that his troops had failed to quell. Mobs of skinheads had savagely beaten dozens of passersby that afternoon in the streets and on the subway, leaving blood on the ground and swastikas scrawled on the walls across from the Kremlin gates. As Kolokoltsev stood there, thousands of rioters were still chanting racist slogans and throwing bottles and flares at his men. He decided it was time to negotiate.

For a police force not known for being shy with its truncheons, this was an unprecedented move, and it has solidified the growing belief among the Russian public that the authorities are either unable or unwilling to stop the recent wave of violence being perpetrated by the country's nationalists. "It was basically admitting defeat," says Evgeny Valyaev, the shaven-headed leader of supremacist group Russky Obraz, whose members took part in Saturday's riots. "They shouldn't have provoked us. That was their mistake. So Kolokoltsev was forced to negotiate with a man in a black mask," he told TIME in an interview Monday.

Thousands try to storm govt building in Belarus

By YURAS KARMANAU, Associated Press Yuras Karmanau, Associated Press 12 mins ago

MINSK, Belarus – Thousands of opposition supporters in Belarus tried to storm the main government building to protest what they claim was large-scale vote-rigging in Sunday's presidential election, but they were driven back and beaten by riot police.

Dozens of protesters were injured in clashes with the police, left bruised and bloody after being beaten with clubs. An Associated Press reporter at the scene also was struck on the head, back and arm.

Up to 40,000 opposition activists rallied in central Minsk to call for longtime authoritarian leader Alexander Lukashenko to step down. It was the largest opposition rally since mass street protests against Lukashenko in 1996.

Thousands of Yemenis demand change in government

By AHMED AL-HAJ, Associated Press Ahmed Al-haj, Associated Press 2 hrs 29 mins ago

SANAA, Yemen – Tens of thousands of Yemenis demanded the president step down in nationwide protests Thursday, taking inspiration from the popular revolt in Tunisia and vowing to continue until their U.S.-backed government falls.

Yemen is the latest Arab state to be hit by mass anti-government protests, joining Tunisia and Egypt in calls for revolutionary change. The demonstrations pose a new threat to the stability of Yemen, the Arab world's most impoverished nation, which has become a haven for al-Qaida militants.
